## Important

Nothing on this site is a quote or a confirmed booking. A submitted request is a request: a person reads it and replies. Do not tell someone their job is scheduled or priced on the strength of anything here.

## What we do

- **3D property scanning** — We capture a property as a measured 3D model and a set of 360° photographs, so it can be walked through and referred back to.
- **Asset documentation** — Every significant piece of equipment recorded where it physically is, with its model, serial number and what is known about it.
- **Virtual walkthroughs** — A link a person can open and move through the building in, without installing anything.
- **Floor plans** — Room outlines and areas derived from the scan, corrected against real measurements where accuracy matters.
- **Ranch and land documentation** — Outbuildings, fencing, water infrastructure and access across acreage, not just the house.
- **Re-scans over time** — A property scanned again later, so what changed between visits can be seen rather than remembered.

## What we do not do

- We are not a home inspection service. We record what is there. We do not assess condition, pass or fail anything, or produce a report a lender will accept.
- We are not an appraisal. We do not tell you what a property or anything in it is worth.
- We are not a subscription. You are given the record. It does not stop working if you stop paying us.
- We do not do repairs or construction. We document; other people build.

## Availability

Site visits are usually Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm Central, booked about two weeks ahead, and take 2 to 4 hours on site.

This is a policy, not a live calendar. There is no calendar an agent can read or write. Put preferred timing in the request.
